Expoint is looking for an experienced customer service specialist to help our customers get the most out of our products and services. You’ll have the chance to help shape the customer and user experience, with direct involvement in our customer engagement initiatives. This is a life-changing opportunity for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate must have a passion for customer care and satisfaction. You must be customer-focused, motivated, proactive, and have the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
As an experienced customer service specialist with Expoint, you will provide technical and non-technical support and guidance to our customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing customer support requests and feedback, and contributing to the development of customer engagement policies and practices. You will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resources and training for customers in order to ensure outstanding customer service.
